Which services receive information depends on the feature you use.
OpenAI Sites & Cloudflare
Host and serve this public website and its request endpoint. Website traffic and technical request information pass through their infrastructure.
Supabase
Provides the application’s authentication, database, realtime features and private file storage. Also stores account confirmations and private access and walkthrough requests. The database holding website requests is in the Tokyo region, ap-northeast-1.
Vercel
Hosts the application at app.noexis.tech and handles requests to its server routes.
OpenAI
When an OpenAI model is selected, relevant prompts and research context are sent to OpenAI to perform the requested investigation. Its API data policy describes training defaults and retention.
Anthropic
When a Claude model is selected, relevant prompts and research context, including selected graph content and source passages, are sent to Anthropic. Its commercial model-training policy and API retention policy describe its handling of that information.
Inngest
Runs background workflows and durable execution. Intermediate step state can include research content as well as account, graph and run identifiers.
Provides Google sign-in when chosen and domain email used for founder communications. Google Fonts delivers the website’s typography and receives the requests needed to load it.
Razorpay
The configured payment integration, used when an available billing flow is enabled. Payment and subscription records may return to Noexis AI for reconciliation. This website’s enquiry form does not collect payment details.
Some provider processing can take place outside India. The location of the request database does not establish the location of all logs, backups or other processing. Read the Privacy Policy, or contact founder@noexis.tech for a workflow-specific data review before sharing confidential information.
