Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Noexis AI website, research workspace and related services. Noexis AI is operated by Piyush Verma, an individual based in Delhi, India, trading as Noexis AI. Noexis AI is currently unincorporated. Contact: founder@noexis.tech.

“We” means the operator and “you” means the person using the service. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf. By affirmatively accepting these Terms in the app, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; acknowledging that notice is separate from agreeing to these Terms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the workspace. After signing in, you must affirm that you are 18 or older, accept the current Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before entering the workspace. We record those confirmations, the server timestamp and document versions with your account. This is a self-declaration, not independent age verification.

Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in access secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account restrictions or service limits.

Research assistance and AI output

Noexis AI helps organise research questions, source material and AI-assisted contributions in a graph. Features, limits and availability may change.

AI output can contain mistakes, unsupported statements, omissions and inaccurate citations. Inspect original sources and verify output before relying on it. Graph connections, source links and operation history show how work was assembled; they do not independently prove truth, scientific validity or completeness.

The service does not provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Do not use its output as the sole basis for decisions affecting health, finances, legal rights or other consequential interests. Obtain appropriate qualified professional review for such work and disclose AI assistance where your use requires it. You remain responsible for your conclusions, decisions and downstream use.

Your content and our processing

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. Submit only material you are authorised to use and send through the service and its providers. Consider confidentiality, personal data, copyright and contractual or professional duties before uploading material.

You grant us a limited permission to receive, store, copy, display and process your content to provide requested features, maintain and secure the service, handle your support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Relevant prompts and research context may be sent to the AI provider; enabled source tools may process the queries or URLs needed for your request. The Privacy Policy explains these data flows.

Access to generated output does not guarantee that it is unique, protected by copyright, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular purpose. Check permissions and attribution before publishing or distributing it. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our software, branding or other service materials to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Noexis AI to violate the law or another person's rights, gain unauthorised access, compromise security, distribute malware, facilitate abuse or exploitation, or bypass safeguards and account limits. Do not submit another person's confidential or private information without appropriate authority. Do not present AI output as independently verified research when it has not been verified.

Use integrations within their applicable restrictions. Features may be unavailable where law or provider restrictions prevent us from offering them.

Third parties and availability

The service depends on external providers for sign-in, hosting, storage, AI processing, background work and any enabled billing. See Service providers and the Privacy Policy for their roles. Provider interruptions, capacity limits and changes can affect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular response time or error-free output.

Development tools and startup-program support do not necessarily identify the provider handling a particular research request. The current provider disclosure should be checked before submitting content with special handling requirements.

Prices and payments

The Individual plan is offered at US$49 per month or US$470.40 per year. Contact founder@noexis.tech to arrange a plan. We confirm its features, limits, taxes, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before payment.

A free account or sign-in does not by itself authorise a charge. Do not proceed with payment if the payment request and confirmed offer disagree; contact us first. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Requests and ending use

An access or walkthrough request lets the founder review your enquiry. Submission does not automatically grant access, send an email or book a calendar appointment. The request form also requires an 18+ self-declaration.

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact founder@noexis.tech to request account closure, cancellation of an available paid plan, or deletion of data. Export available research first if you need a copy. A graph export is not necessarily a complete export of every account record.

Archiving a graph, undoing an operation or deleting a supported node does not erase every related record. Original uploads, histories, provider logs and backups may remain. The Privacy Policy describes retention and the manual request process.

We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, security risks or restrictions that prevent us from providing the service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it; immediate action may be necessary to protect the service or others. Suspension does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.

Service limitations and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that its output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. We do not ask you to waive rights that the law makes mandatory.

Changes and disputes

We will post updated Terms with an effective date and version. Material changes will be brought to your attention in the app or by email, and we may require acceptance before further workspace use. A Privacy Policy update does not by itself authorise a new use of your content.

Indian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Courts in Delhi, India have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you another forum or remedy. Contact founder@noexis.tech first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
